About the role

Kimberly‑Clark is seeking a Quality Auditor to provide on‑shift support to Operations, ensuring product specifications and quality systems are consistently met. You will work directly with production crews, conduct laboratory tests, and help maintain the high standards of iconic consumer brands.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform safe work practices and adhere to three safety obligations.
  • Coach Operations crews on product quality, focusing on CTQ parameters and visual checks.
  • Provide accurate, timely testing results for finished products and raw materials.
  • Attend daily shift hand‑over, production, and QA meetings, sharing CTQ reports and defect samples.
  • Inspect incoming packaging and corrugated cases, review documentation, and determine disposition of key raw materials.
  • Complete NCR documents, conduct investigations, and request supplier feedback via LCM.
  • Compile quality reports, update QA board daily, and distribute CTQ reports to the Operations team.
  • Perform root‑cause analysis on out‑of‑specification products with the Operations team.
  • Execute quality protocols, complete documentation, and follow action plans.
  • Support R&E trials by performing relevant STM tests and providing recommendations.
  • Conduct KC 9001 internal audits per plant schedule and record CAPA findings in EtQ.
  • Complete Board 0 forms for finished‑product non‑conformances, including 5‑Why investigations.
  • Carry out weekly and monthly equipment calibration and verification, recording results promptly.

Required profile

  • Experience providing on‑shift quality support in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with CTQ parameters, NCR processes, and internal audit procedures.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Operations and R&E teams.

Required skills

  • Laboratory testing of finished products and raw materials.
  • Calibration and verification of measurement equipment.
  • Root‑cause analysis.
  • ISO 9001 (KC 9001) internal auditing.
  • Use of EtQ quality management software.
  • Documentation of NCRs and CAPA actions.
