Proposal & Business Development Specialist (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

pubGENIUS, a React.js and Next.js development company operating in the AdTech space, is seeking a Proposal & Business Development Specialist. You will join a fully remote sales team and use a data‑driven approach to win new projects for clients in DeFi, fintech, and healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate project opportunities on platforms such as Upwork and other lead sources.
• Review client requirements and craft tailored, high‑quality proposals that align with their needs.
• Write, refine, and optimise proposal content to maintain brand voice and clear positioning.
• Manage outreach, maintain professional communication, and track proposal performance metrics.
• Analyse proposal data to uncover patterns and improve conversion strategies.
• Collaborate with developers to accurately represent technical capabilities.
• Provide regular pipeline reports and insights to management.

Required profile

• Strong English writing skills (minimum B2‑C1 level).
• Background in proposal writing, sales, marketing, or business development.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data collection and strategy.
• Independent, proactive, and comfortable working with cross‑functional, international teams.
• Genuine interest in technology and digital products.
