About the role
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the design and execution of strategic and technical supply‑chain projects across the company’s distribution network. This role blends an engineering mindset with strong analytical problem‑solving to deliver end‑to‑end solutions in a complex logistical environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define, design and prioritize strategic supply‑chain initiatives that support business objectives and improve network efficiency.
- Plan, coordinate and execute technical projects across the distribution network, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and to quality standards.
- Apply analytical problem‑solving techniques to identify bottlenecks, evaluate alternatives and implement effective solutions.
- Develop detailed solution designs and oversee hands‑on implementation, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to manage project scope, resources, risks and stakeholder expectations.
Required profile
- Strong engineering mindset with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical project plans.
- Proven analytical and problem‑solving capabilities in complex logistical settings.
- Experience managing supply‑chain or logistics projects is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, drive projects from conception to completion and adapt to changing requirements.
