About the position

Main Missions

• Install, operate, monitor, and control production machinery and equipment in compliance with operational standards.
• Ensure all production activities strictly adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Perform first-line maintenance tasks, including lubrication, part replacement, and detecting wear or defects.
• Contribute to achieving production targets through efficient machine monitoring and quality control.
• Participate in continuous learning through contact sessions, micro-lessons, and formal assessments.

Profile sought

• High School Diploma (Matric) with a strong background in Mathematics and Science (minimum 60% average).
• Ability to pass numeracy and literacy assessments.
• A proactive mindset with a strong interest in industrial manufacturing and technical maintenance.
• Commitment to safety protocols and disciplined work ethics.
