Press Operator & General Production Worker

About the position

We are looking for a dedicated and versatile Press Operator / General Worker to join our production team in Germiston. In this role, you will play a key part in our manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality production while maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.

Main Missions

• Operate and monitor industrial presses and various machinery to produce components according to strict client and company specifications.
• Perform precise assembly of manufactured products (e.g., trolleys and related equipment).
• Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance of machines and workstations to ensure optimal performance.
• Guarantee the precision and quality of finished products through continuous monitoring.
• Utilize manual and power tools (drills, wrenches, etc.) for assembly and production tasks.
• Maintain site cleanliness and assist with general facility upkeep.

Profile sought

• Educational background: Matric (High School Diploma) or equivalent.
• Proven ability to work with various manual and electrical tools.
• Strong commitment to following safety protocols and industrial regulations.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of performing physical tasks in a production environment.
