About the role
WNS is seeking flexible, part‑time agents to handle inbound customer calls during peak periods. This role is ideal for students, caregivers, or anyone looking to earn extra income while contributing to a leading global BPO provider.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls promptly and courteously.
- Listen attentively to customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain quality standards and product knowledge.
- Strive for First Call Resolution and capture customer details correctly.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Perform ad‑hoc tasks as required.
Required profile
- Matriculation (high school) qualification.
- No criminal record and clear credit history.
- Fluent in English.
- Available to work either 08:00‑16:30 or 10:00‑19:00, Monday to Saturday.
- Strong customer‑focus and communication skills.
