MinePlan Engineer I

About the role

Hexagon Autonomous Solutions is seeking a MinePlan Engineer I to ensure the effective operation of Hexagon Mining’s mine planning software at customer sites, delivering tangible value to mining operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level technical support and masterful troubleshooting for MineSight software worldwide.
• Adhere to support schedules and be present where clients expect assistance.
• Collaborate with the technical support team and act as primary customer contact for issues and enhancements.
• Own customer issues through resolution or appropriate escalation, including after‑hours on‑call support.
• Contribute to process improvements and create FAQs or self‑service videos.
• Document defects and enhancement requests for the product development team.
• Communicate potential customer issues and service opportunities to the sales team.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies.
