Mid-Level Mechanical Engineer - Drilling Equipment Specialist

About the Position

Join The Legends Agency as a Mid-Level Mechanical Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and project management of capital drilling equipment. Main Missions

• Lead and oversee multiple engineering projects from initial conception through to final delivery.
• Design, model, and simulate drilling equipment using 3D modeling and Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
• Mentor and supervise junior mechanical engineers and technicians to ensure technical excellence.
• Generate comprehensive manufacturing documentation, including BOM, QCP, work instructions, and manuals.
• Collaborate closely with clients, suppliers, field service engineers, and senior management to provide expert technical advice.
• Ensure strict compliance with industry codes, quality procedures, and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress, review technical deliverables, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Profile Required

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer, specifically within the drilling or heavy machinery sector.
• Strong ability to manage complex projects and lead technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders (clients, consultants, and field staff).
• Analytical mindset with a focus on precision, safety, and quality control.
• Ability to produce detailed technical reports and provide strategic feedback to management.
