As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of zero-emission mobility, working on cutting-edge technologies including electric, hybrid, and autonomous vehicle systems.

Main Responsibilities

• Define and evaluate project scopes to ensure technical alignment with client requirements.
• Develop and maintain complex 3D assemblies and accurate Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Create high-quality 3D parts and 2D technical drawings compliant with international supplier and regulatory standards.
• Lead design and concept reviews to ensure technical feasibility and excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with materials, procurement, testing, and manufacturing departments to optimize production processes.
• Communicate directly with international clients and suppliers to manage design specifications.
• Propose innovative, cost-effective solutions to enhance product performance and resolve service issues.

Candidate Profile

• BEng or BTech degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in mechanical design within a professional engineering environment.
• Strong ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and interface with various technical departments.
• Willingness and availability to travel internationally (specifically to the USA) for variable periods.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous learning and technical optimization.

Required Skills

• Advanced 3D CAD modeling proficiency.
• Expertise in Product Data Management (PDM) and PLM systems.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and material optimization.
• Strong technical communication skills in an international context.
