Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training)

About the role

We are seeking experienced educators in management and leadership to help train AI systems that reason about real‑world business challenges. This fully remote, flexible contract allows you to apply your academic expertise without a traditional schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and realism.
• Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design.
• Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic managerial recommendations.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI’s decision‑making capabilities.
• Work independently and asynchronously, managing your own schedule.

Required profile

• 3+ years teaching management or leadership at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong knowledge of organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership frameworks.
• Ability to assess decision‑making quality and logical trade‑offs.
• Self‑directed, reliable, and able to meet deadlines independently.
• Nice to have: MBA or master’s in a related field, real‑world leadership or consulting experience, familiarity with AI tools.
