In this essential role, you will work closely with skilled artisans to ensure the seamless operation of our production lines and the long-term reliability of our industrial equipment.

Missions principales

• Provide direct assistance to artisans in all daily technical and maintenance tasks.
• Execute preventive maintenance programs to ensure machine efficiency and extend equipment lifespan.
• Perform routine mechanical upkeep, including cleaning and lubricating shafts, bearings, gears, and other critical components.
• Ensure all maintenance activities strictly comply with Health and Safety (HSE) standards and engineering best practices.
• Accurately document all repairs, maintenance interventions, and administrative forms.
• Actively participate in technical projects and the installation of new industrial machinery.

Profil recherché

• Minimum qualification: Matric with at least an N4 level in a relevant technical field.
• Proven ability to prioritize workloads effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to write clear technical reports.
• High flexibility: Must be available to work in shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and overtime as per the production schedule.
