Logistics Operations Coordinator

About the Role

Join AFGRI as a Logistics Operations Coordinator and play a pivotal role in our supply chain excellence. You will be at the heart of our operational flow, ensuring that stock movements are seamless, accurate, and strictly aligned with our strategic delivery timelines.

Main Missions

• Coordinate and execute the efficient movement of stock between various sites to ensure continuous operational flow.
• Collaborate closely with internal business units and approved carriers to support daily logistical execution.
• Monitor and manage logistical discrepancies to minimize impact on the supply chain.
• Ensure all transport activities comply with established Service Level Agreements (TSA) and quality standards.
• Contribute to the overall continuity and efficiency of AFGRI's logistical operations through proactive planning and problem-solving.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in logistics coordination or supply chain operations.
• Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interface effectively with both internal stakeholders and external transport providers.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to manage discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Highly organized and capable of meeting strict deadlines.
