Join a dynamic team as a Logistics Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our global supply chain. You will be responsible for planning and managing the movement of goods via sea and road, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining cost-efficiency and operational excellence.

Missions principales

• Plan and manage shipment schedules for both maritime and road transport to ensure punctual delivery.
• Coordinate international imports from global factories, ensuring full compliance with various Incoterms.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to streamline logistics processes.
• Verify and submit all necessary documentation required for smooth customs clearance.
• Supervise inter-site road transport, courier deliveries, and manage transport service bookings.
• Act as the central communication hub between sales teams, warehouse operations, and transport partners.
• Monitor logistics costs, verify invoices, create purchase orders, and support related financial processes.
• Maintain detailed records and provide regular shipment status updates to stakeholders.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, specifically involving sea and road freight.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and Incoterms.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between commercial and operational teams.
• High attention to detail, especially regarding customs documentation and financial accuracy.
