Main Responsibilities

• Manage and finalize the closure of deceased estates for UK-based clients.
• Deliver an exceptional, empathetic, and seamless client experience throughout the bereavement process.
• Leverage cutting-edge legal technologies and AI to optimize workflows and maintain a competitive advantage.
• Stay at the forefront of innovation and regulatory changes within the UK probate and succession landscape.
• Ensure high levels of accuracy and compliance in all legal documentation and estate administration.

Candidate Profile

• Holder of an LLB (Bachelor of Laws) degree.
• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience specifically in estate administration and bereavement management.
• Proficient in using legal case management systems.
• Ability to work according to UK business hours and observe UK public holidays.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle.
• Remote work capability with a stable fiber connection (minimum 20 Mbps).
