Junior Marketing Account Manager (Graduate)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Marketing Account Manager to support our senior team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. This graduate‑level position is based in Sandton, Johannesburg, and involves regular travel to client sites across the city.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior account managers in managing a portfolio of client accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through phone, email, and face‑to‑face interactions.
• Communicate client needs to internal teams and ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with production, finance, and studio teams to track project status.
• Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and keep accurate client records.
• Support business development by establishing relationships with new clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of marketing or client‑service experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver high‑quality customer service.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Own reliable transport for travel to client locations in Johannesburg.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Chase software.
