IT Support Engineer - Desktop

About the role

We are seeking a passionate IT Support Engineer to join South Africa's leading fashion retailer. You will provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for Head Office and Divisional Office users, both remotely and on‑site. The role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer service and have strong IT troubleshooting abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line technical support to end‑users across the organisation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Provide remote assistance as well as on‑site support when required.
• Maintain and configure desktop environments to ensure optimal performance.
• Document incidents and solutions in the ticketing system.
