Main Missions

• Provide high-quality technical support by responding to IT calls and resolving issues within defined SLAs to minimize operational downtime.
• Prepare, install, configure, and maintain the IT infrastructure and end-user computing environments.
• Administer IT systems through both scheduled maintenance tasks and ad-hoc technical interventions.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of third-party applications.
• Conduct initial investigations into security and confidentiality incidents to ensure data integrity.

Profile Required

• Recent graduate with a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Eager to learn and explore various facets of IT, from user support to information security.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
