Intermediate Full Stack Software Developer

About the role

The Intermediate Full Stack Software Developer will work across the full software development lifecycle to design, build, and improve business automation systems. You will collaborate with international teams, mentor junior developers, and deliver robust solutions to customers in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal and external systems using .Net, C#, and modern front‑end frameworks.
• Design, implement, and test REST APIs and micro‑service architectures.
• Integrate with third‑party platforms via message brokers and cloud services.
• Create and manage test environments, provide training materials, and support deployment roll‑outs.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of software development experience.
• Experience mentoring junior developers.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Background in finance or insurance domains is a plus.
