Graphic Designer – Intermediate

About the role

We are seeking an intermediate Graphic Designer to shape the visual identity of a fast‑growing business. You will work across social media, marketing, presentations, events, merchandise and product visuals, collaborating closely with product managers, UX designers, marketing leads and the executive team.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media posts and digital marketing assets for brand channels.
• Create branded materials for award submissions, campaigns and merchandise, delivering print‑ready files.
• Build presentation templates and pitch decks that scale across the business.
• Produce graphics, illustrations and visual assets for internal and client‑facing documents.
• Manage and evolve the graphic design system to ensure consistency.
• Curate brand‑aligned asset packages, including sourcing and adapting stock imagery.
• Support product design initiatives in partnership with the UX team.
• Design driver‑training visuals, event and exhibition collateral, and internal communications templates.
• Handle print‑ready files, liaise with suppliers and ensure quality.
• Contribute to motion graphics and short‑form video content when required.

Required profile

• Intermediate level experience in graphic design.
• Ability to work in a high‑output, collaborative environment.
• Strong attention to brand guidelines and consistency.
• Effective communication with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Figma and Canva.
• Google Workspace design tools – Slides, Docs.
• Understanding of print specifications (bleed, color modes, paper stocks).
• Video editing – Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut (nice to have).
• Motion graphics – After Effects or similar (nice to have).
• AI‑assisted design tools.
• Photography and photo editing.
• Exposure to product UI work and component‑based design systems.
