About the role

Servest Security is urgently seeking a Grade B Control Room Operator for its Paarden Eiland site. The successful candidate will work in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring that all communications and operations within the control room meet corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain clear and professional communication in English and Afrikaans at corporate level, ensuring all reports and directives are accurately conveyed.
• Utilise at least five years of control‑room experience to monitor and coordinate activities, including real‑time incident response and system oversight.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience working in a control room.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and Afrikaans at a corporate level.
