French Bilingual Customer Support Specialist – Project Based

About the role
Crescendo is seeking a motivated French‑English Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to provide email and chat assistance for a global children’s entertainment brand. The role is remote, project‑based (6‑month contract), and starts on 18 June 2026. You will help families with product usage, orders, account questions, and basic technical issues.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality support via email and live chat in both French and English.
- Handle inquiries about product information, orders, accounts, and basic troubleshooting.
- Meet KPIs set by the Customer Happiness Manager (response time, resolution time, CSAT, etc.).
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve complex issues and share customer insights.
- Identify recurring problems, escalate trends, and contribute to workflow improvements.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.
- Fluent written and verbal communication in French and English.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, family‑focused environment.
Required skills
- Experience with Zendesk or similar customer support platforms.
