Experienced Insurance Sales Agent (Telemarketing)

About the Position

Affinity Health is urgently seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Agents to join our high-performing outbound call center teams. Based in Benoni and Roodepoort, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence by providing essential insurance solutions to our clients.

Main Missions

• Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients.
• Promote and sell a diverse range of short-term and long-term insurance products.
• Identify client needs and provide tailored insurance recommendations.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 12 months of proven experience within the insurance sector.
• Must hold a valid Matric certificate (Grade 12).
• RE5 qualification is highly preferred.
• Must possess a clean criminal record.
• Strong communication skills and a persuasive sales personality.
