About the role

Trinityhouse is seeking a dedicated High School English Teacher to deliver high‑quality instruction within a values‑driven, Christian environment. The role involves planning, delivering and assessing curriculum while inspiring students to achieve their full academic potential.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the Trinityhouse curriculum using future‑focused and differentiated teaching methods.
• Integrate technology and AI to create engaging, data‑informed lessons that support critical thinking and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with colleagues to embed RDI and Global Competencies, fostering inclusive, culturally aware global citizens.
• Continuously assess student progress, maintain accurate records, provide constructive feedback and participate in moderation processes.
• Establish clear behavioural expectations, mentor students and activate appropriate support mechanisms.
• Act as a role model for professionalism and the school’s ethos, participating in events, extracurricular programmes and marketing initiatives.
• Assist with logistical tasks such as excursions, resource management and policy adherence.
• Participate in co‑curricular activities, supporting holistic student development.

Required profile

• Qualified to teach English at the high‑school level.
• Experience planning, delivering and assessing curriculum.
• Ability to integrate technology and AI into classroom instruction.
• Commitment to the school’s Christian values and ethos.
• Willingness to engage in co‑curricular activities and school community events.
