Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to own and execute digital campaigns for several well‑established consumer brands in the retail and technology sectors. The role combines creativity with commercial insight to boost engagement, traffic, and sales across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day digital marketing activities for multiple brands.
• Plan, create, schedule and publish engaging content on social media platforms.
• Develop and run email marketing campaigns, newsletters and automated customer journeys.
• Produce digital assets for social media, websites, email and paid advertising.
• Set up and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Monitor performance, analyse insights and continuously improve results.
• Support SEO initiatives including keyword research and metadata optimisation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with product launches and promotions.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and report on KPI performance.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple brands or accounts simultaneously.
• Strong copywriting skills for diverse audiences and platforms.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management capabilities.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and take ownership of campaigns.
• Experience in retail, e‑commerce, consumer technology or gaming is a plus.
• Basic design skills are beneficial.
