Civil Supervisor

About the role

The company is seeking a Civil Supervisor to lead civil construction activities on active building and concrete projects within the East Rand area. You will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring quality standards, and managing on‑site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil, concrete, and building construction works on multiple sites.
• Coordinate site operations, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Implement and enforce quality control and site safety procedures.
• Read, interpret, and verify construction drawings and site plans.
• Manage and mentor on‑site teams, ensuring effective communication and performance.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in concrete, civil, and building construction.
• Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field (advantageous).
• Proven ability to supervise teams and manage site operations.
• Strong understanding of quality control and safety standards.
