Amazon E‑Commerce Operations Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Amazon E‑Commerce Operations Assistant to join TalentPop App’s remote team. You will own the day‑to‑day management of our Amazon marketplace, ensuring product listings are optimized and inventory levels are balanced.

Key responsibilities

• Create and optimize Amazon product listings (titles, bullet points, A+ content) to improve discoverability and conversion.
• Track KPIs such as Best Seller Rank, impressions and conversion rates, delivering weekly performance reports.
• Manage and reconcile FBA and FBM inventory to avoid stockouts or excess stock.
• Submit cases to Amazon Seller Support for issue resolution and maintain account health.
• Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research to uncover new product opportunities.
• Monitor customer feedback, product reviews and Amazon Brand Health metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon policies, algorithms and listing‑optimization best practices.
• Highly analytical, detail‑oriented and capable of handling complex data.
• Excellent written communication for crafting listing copy and support correspondence.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
