About the Role

Join LekkeSlaap, South Africa's leading accommodation booking platform, as an After Hours Booking Agent. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless guest experiences and operational continuity outside of standard business hours.

Main Missions

  • Manage and process accommodation reservations during evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to both guests and property owners.
  • Act as a key point of contact to resolve booking-related issues and emergencies promptly.
  • Communicate effectively in both Afrikaans and English to maintain professional standards.
  • Accurately document all transactions and provide detailed reports on recurring incidents to improve service quality.

Profile Required

  • Proven experience in customer service or the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts (e.g., 2-3 days on, 2 days off) including nights and weekends.

Required Skills

  • Bilingual proficiency in Afrikaans and English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong administrative and documentation capabilities.
  • Proficiency in booking management systems or similar software.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
