About the role

World Kinect is expanding its global digital marketing capabilities and needs a leader to own the strategy, governance, and execution of web content and SEO across its corporate website. The Website Content & SEO Lead will work closely with marketing, UX, analytics, and technology teams to deliver an exceptional user experience, strong search visibility, and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SEO, AEO and GEO strategies to improve global and regional visibility, traffic and conversion.
  • Own the website’s content strategy, information architecture, publishing workflows and governance standards.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, user journeys, accessibility standards and business objectives.
  • Lead on‑site SEO execution including keyword research, metadata optimization, internal linking, content hierarchy, structured content and ongoing optimisation.
  • Partner with developers to implement schema markup, improve site speed, enhance mobile responsiveness and support technical SEO initiatives.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to marketing and content teams on SEO and CMS publishing best practices.
  • Manage site maintenance, hosting coordination, user access permissions, content audits and performance reporting.
  • Monitor analytics to drive experience optimisation, content improvements and search performance enhancements.
  • Act as a key stakeholder for CMS enhancements, re‑platforming initiatives and digital tooling adoption.

Required profile

  • 5+ years of experience in website management, SEO strategy, CMS administration and content operations.
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive measurable improvements in search visibility and user experience.
  • Strong writing, editing and UX‑focused content structuring skills.

Required skills

  • Experience with CMS platforms such as Drupal, WordPress, Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager or Optimizely.
  • Comfortable with HTML/CSS and technical SEO implementation.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools including Google Business Profiles, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog and Moz.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot, HotJar and Adobe Analytics.
