Warehouse Administrator Officer

About the role

Sasol is seeking a Warehouse Administrator Officer to oversee inbound and outbound deliveries, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure compliance with FIFO principles at its Sasolburg facility. The role supports the warehouse team by managing SAP transactions, resolving exceptions, and driving process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inbound/outbound deliveries, ensuring timely order completion.
• Create and maintain bin locations, storage areas, and conduct physical stock counts.
• Oversee receiving, put‑away, picking, and dispatch queues, resolving errors or stuck transactions.
• Handle expired or quality‑inspection materials, including scrapping and documentation.
• Prepare, verify, and file delivery and material movement documents for audit compliance.
• Perform accurate SAP EWM/TMS transactions and maintain internal controls.
• Investigate and resolve stock variances through data analysis.
• Support warehouse teams with RF device issues and process enhancements.
• Coordinate requisitioning of consumables and assist senior staff in process optimisation.

Required profile

• Grade 12 qualification (minimum).
• Experience with SAP EWM and SAP TMS (mandatory).
• Knowledge of RSE and WMS is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills for variance investigation.
• Ability to work onsite in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
