About the role
The Voice Stress & Polygraph Examiner conducts integrity testing using voice stress and polygraph techniques for Fidelity Services Group personnel, contractors and client staff. The role supports operations and investigations by delivering accurate, timely test results.
Key responsibilities
- Perform voice stress and polygraph tests on FSG personnel, contractors and client staff as instructed by management.
- Schedule and coordinate contractual tests (weekly, monthly, quarterly) in line with client agreements and operations requirements.
- Provide timely feedback on test outcomes and conduct emergency tests for incident investigations.
Required profile
- Grade 12 or equivalent with 2‑3 years experience in voice stress and polygraph testing.
- Background in the security industry and general operations experience.
- Own reliable transport and willingness to travel as needed.
- Proactive, reliable, honest, trustworthy, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
Required skills
- Computer literacy, Microsoft Office and voice stress software proficiency.
- Administrative, leadership and conflict‑handling abilities.
- Strong communication, teamwork and customer‑focus capabilities.
