TSG Specialist I – IT Deployment & Support

About the role

The TSG Specialist I provides deployment and support services for UPS‑approved technology products. Working across UPS facilities, vendor sites, and customer locations, you will ensure the IT environment meets UPS standards while delivering reliable technical assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute hardware and software installations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Manage network administration, PBX systems, and conference‑call technologies (HDVC, MOVI).
• Provide technical advice, training, and support for landlines, cell phones, smartphones, and data lines.
• Conduct disaster‑recovery procedures and regular IT audits.
• Coordinate with vendors, schedule site visits, and fulfill service requests.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to troubleshoot and resolve technology issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), and CCENT (Cisco).
