Travel Operations & Support Specialist (Luxury Travel)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing luxury travel agency that designs bespoke, high‑end experiences for high‑net‑worth clients. As a Travel Operations & Support Specialist you will be the primary executor of post‑sales itineraries, turning sales consultations into flawless travel plans.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of client bookings after sales calls, researching, pricing and reserving complex multi‑leg flights, luxury villas, hotels and ground transport.
• Use Sabre GDS to create, modify and finalize flight reservations with precise fare and baggage handling.
• Coordinate airport transfers, private drivers, tour guides and restaurant reservations worldwide.
• Review sales call notes, build structured project timelines and craft polished, client‑facing itineraries.
• Audit every reservation for accuracy, ensuring zero‑error delivery.
• Securely process client payments and manage financial documentation.

Required profile

• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong accountability and proactive problem‑solving mindset.
• Excellent written communication for client updates.

Required skills

• Sabre GDS mastery.
