Technical Support Intern – FTTH Services

About the role

As a Technical Support Intern you will be the first point of contact for FTTH customers, providing assistance via phone, email or ticketing systems and helping to diagnose and resolve fibre connectivity issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for FTTH‑related queries via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot fibre connectivity issues.
• Log and track customer interactions and resolutions.
• Follow up with clients to ensure issues are fully resolved.
• Maintain product and technical knowledge and adhere to company procedures.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate and able to work with multiple systems.
• Willing to travel to the office as needed.
• Self‑motivated, eager to learn and positive attitude with a customer‑first mindset.
