Technical Project Manager QVAC

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager QVAC to join a globally distributed technology team at the forefront of digital finance, blockchain innovation, and AI‑driven transformation. In this role you will lead complex software development projects, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure delivery aligns with strategic business goals in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior project leadership in coordinating software development initiatives and maintaining delivery momentum across engineering teams.
• Track timelines, dependencies, deliverables and evolving priorities to ensure successful project execution.
• Facilitate collaboration between development, QA, product and business stakeholders to align goals and resources.
• Establish and maintain project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines and success metrics with key stakeholders.
• Proactively monitor risks, implement mitigation strategies and resolve blockers.
• Provide regular, transparent updates on project progress, changes and issues.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives by capturing lessons learned and optimizing processes.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent projects within distributed, global team environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Project Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing software development projects as a Project Manager, Technical Lead or similar.
• 5+ years of overall software development experience with recent hands‑on coding in a commercial setting.
• Strong knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java or C#.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, SDLC methodologies and modern software delivery practices.
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts including CI/CD pipelines, containerization and modern engineering workflows.
• Experience with collaboration and project‑management tools.
