Technical Lead – Dynamics 365 Factory Solutions

About the role

Coca-Cola Beverages Africa is seeking a Technical Lead to drive the design, build and delivery of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions across its factory network. You will ensure the platform remains scalable, upgrade‑ready and aligned with corporate architecture standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of D365 FO, D365 CE, AIS and Power Platform solutions, overseeing architecture, integration and release readiness.
• Own ALM, DevOps, source control, branching, build and deployment pipelines for factory teams.
• Guide integration patterns including Dual‑write, Dataverse, APIs, Service Bus, Azure Functions and Logic Apps.
• Enforce code quality, automated testing, peer reviews and production stability practices.
• Mentor and manage developers and technical consultants, fostering standards and reducing knowledge silos.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of experience with Dynamics 365, enterprise integration or Microsoft platform delivery.
• Proven track record leading technical teams and end‑to‑end solution builds.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, finance or supply‑chain environments is advantageous.
