About the role

Be part of something exciting and shape the future with us. We are building a talent pool for an upcoming Support Resource Officer role expected to start in January 2027. This unique opportunity allows you to help create a high‑performing customer experience environment from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

Dispatch vehicles according to the CAD system, ensuring timely response to emergencies.
Assist in receiving, prioritising, logging, and processing all calls and alerts received, maintaining accurate records.
Provide basic contact centre administration, supporting daily operational tasks.

Required profile

Essential education: Grade 12.
Essential experience: exposure to a contact centre or emergency contact centre environment.
Desired experience: 1–3 years of dispatching in an EMS contact centre, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong typing skills.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience using a CAD dispatch system.
