Store Manager – The Glen

About the role

The Store Manager at Exact in The Glen will lead the store to achieve sales targets, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain operational standards. You will be responsible for budgeting, inventory control, and fostering a positive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Monitor sales performance and key performance indicators for continuous improvement.
• Manage the store’s budget and financial results.
• Oversee inventory management and minimise stock discrepancies.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Lead, develop and motivate the store team.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in inventory management and customer service.
