About the role

We are seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to lead the creation, coordination, and publishing of social‑first content for U.S.-based clients. The role is fully remote and supports teams across LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe, requiring availability during U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate directly with clients to schedule shoots, events, and content deliverables.
• Coordinate timelines and content planning with internal creative teams.
• Manage multiple social media accounts, ensuring brand‑aligned content and consistent publishing schedules.
• Utilize planning and scheduling platforms to organize content across client brands.
• Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and viral formats for U.S. audiences.
• Develop content ideas, shot lists, and instructions for videographers.
• Collaborate with video editors to ensure final assets meet client guidelines.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) and video editing platforms to streamline captions, copywriting, and workflow automation.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in social media management.
• Proven track record of direct client communication and content scheduling.
• Experience managing publishing workflows across multiple platforms.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
