Special Events Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Special Events Coordinator to join Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa’s Special Events team in Pretoria. Reporting to the Special Events Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing events that drive brand visibility and sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain account plans to promote profitable sales of CCBSA products.
• Identify and nurture new business relationships and opportunities aligned with brand objectives.
• Coordinate the planning, logistics and on-site execution of special events, ensuring brand standards are met.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as marketing, sales and operations to align event activities with overall business goals.
• Monitor event performance, gather insights and report on outcomes to support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in event coordination, marketing or sales within a consumer-goods environment.
• Strong organisational and project-management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with partners and clients.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving brand loyalty and volume growth.
