Spa Receptionist – Fixed-Term Contract

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Spa Receptionist to join our luxury hospitality team on a fixed‑term basis. The role involves welcoming guests, managing bookings and ensuring a seamless spa experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests warmly, providing professional first impressions.
• Manage spa bookings, appointments, enquiries and walk‑in guests efficiently.
• Answer telephone calls and emails, delivering accurate information promptly.
• Process bookings, payments and vouchers while maintaining accurate client records.
• Communicate appointment updates to the team and ensure smooth scheduling.
• Promote and cross‑sell spa treatments, products and services to maximise revenue.
• Process online orders and coordinate courier deliveries as required.
• Keep the reception area clean, organised and welcoming at all times.
• Support reception administration, stock and supply requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 education.
• 2–3 years experience in spa reception or administration.
• Relevant aesthetics qualification (advantageous).
• Experience with a spa reservations system (advantageous).
• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong organisational, multitasking and time‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of beauty products with ability to promote them.
• Fluent in English and able to work independently under pressure.
• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
