Software Developer - Remote

About the role

Join a customer’s team as a Software Developer, working remotely to design, develop and deliver scalable applications. You’ll collaborate with a diverse, cross‑functional group, using modern programming languages and full‑stack technologies to solve business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain scalable back‑end and full‑stack applications using Python, Rust, Go, Java or Node.js.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional team members to deliver high‑quality software that meets evolving business requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, well‑documented code following best engineering practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug and optimise existing codebases for performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions and architectural planning.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
• Maintain clear written and verbal communication across distributed teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on software development experience.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote, agile environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self‑driven, proactive and comfortable collaborating with distributed teams.
