Social Media Manager – Instagram Reels Growth Strategist

About the role

BuzzyBooth is seeking a highly creative Social Media Manager who specializes in Instagram Reels and short‑form video content. You will craft viral‑style videos that capture attention, drive engagement and help our restaurant, dental and local business clients grow their online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an Instagram Reels strategy aligned with BuzzyBooth’s brand goals.
• Generate viral content ideas, hooks and angles for Reels, TikTok and other short‑form platforms.
• Write concise video scripts and scroll‑stopping captions.
• Edit or oversee editing of videos, ensuring strong pacing, subtitles, music and visual flow.
• Repurpose founder stories, customer testimonials, product demos and behind‑the‑scenes footage into engaging clips.
• Monitor platform trends, analyze performance data and recommend improvements.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and aim to increase reach, saves, shares, comments and follower growth.
• Tailor content for diverse audiences such as restaurants, dental offices, orthodontists and other local businesses.

Required profile

• Proven track record creating Instagram Reels, TikToks or other short‑form videos that achieved strong engagement.
• Deep understanding of viral hooks, retention metrics and platform algorithms.
• Ability to turn raw ideas into polished, native‑feeling social content.
• Comfortable analyzing data to explain why a post succeeded or fell short.
• Creative, fast‑moving and eager to test new concepts.
