Social Media Content Manager

About the role

This fully remote position supports U.S.-based clients and is open to candidates in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. The Social Media Content Manager will develop and execute culturally‑aware social media strategies that resonate with LGBTQ audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with content strategy and planning across multiple brands and platforms.
• Manage social media calendars, schedule and publish posts on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other channels.
• Write engaging short‑form captions, long‑form website copy, blog articles, newsletters, and other marketing content.
• Collaborate with designers and creators to ensure visual and cultural alignment.
• Monitor engagement, interact with communities, and maintain consistent brand tone.
• Track performance metrics, provide insights, and help optimize content strategy.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies.
• Proven ability to create and manage social media content calendars.
• Experience writing website copy, blogs, and newsletters.
• Strong storytelling, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media scheduling and management tools.
