Site Foreman / Junior Site Foreman – Residential Building

About the role

Join a well‑established construction business delivering high‑quality residential projects across the Cape Winelands and Northern Suburbs. As a Site Foreman or Junior Site Foreman you will lead teams on‑site, ensuring craftsmanship, safety and schedule adherence while taking pride in visible results.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities and ensure work is completed safely and to specification.
• Coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress and keep projects on schedule.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and plans to guide the team.
• Maintain quality standards and manage finishing work throughout the site.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years’ experience managing residential construction sites for senior foremen or 1‑2 years for junior foremen.
• Fluent in written and spoken Afrikaans.
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Ability to read plans and coordinate site activities.
