About the role

ShiftMate is looking for Introducers – people with strong networks who can help connect job seekers to real work opportunities. You earn money each time a referral you share is hired for a trial shift through the ShiftMate platform.

Key responsibilities

• Sign up for free on ShiftMate and receive a unique referral link and personal QR code.
• Share the link or QR code with friends, family, or community groups via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or in‑person.
• Encourage referrals to complete their profiles and stay active on the platform.
• Monitor trial‑shift opportunities and keep referrals ready to accept them.
• Earn a commission whenever a referral is hired for a trial shift.
• Track earnings and referrals through the personal dashboard.

Required profile

• Individuals seeking an extra income stream, such as students, side‑hustlers, or community leaders.
• People active in local communities, WhatsApp groups, churches, or social media.
• Anyone with a wide personal network who can speak to people and share a link using a smartphone.
