About the role

Boxer Superstores is launching a 12‑month SETA‑funded graduate programme in Durban. The scheme offers recent South African graduates the chance to work in the head office, gain hands‑on retail experience and develop professional skills across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily departmental operations and administrative tasks.
• Assist with data analysis, reporting and decision‑making support.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives and project work.
• Engage in structured training sessions and professional development activities.
• Collaborate with mentors and receive regular performance feedback.

Required profile

• South African citizen with a Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma.
• Maximum two years of work experience and currently unemployed.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow within a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and adaptability.
• Ambitious, career‑focused and passionate about a retail career.
