Senior Training Specialist

About the role

The Senior Training Specialist will lead product and vehicle sales training for dealers across South Africa. You will ensure dealers have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in a competitive automotive market, while supporting technical and service training initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide training support for product and vehicle sales.
• Deliver technical highlights and service training for automotive and related products.
• Develop training courseware, product lectures, and external explanations.
• Identify and communicate product selling points to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Organise dealer training sessions and ensure smooth execution of product training.
• Perform related tasks to ensure efficient completion of training objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automotive Engineering, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of relevant training experience, preferably in the automotive industry or South African market.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work on‑site in South Africa.

Required skills

• Designing and developing training programs.
• In‑depth knowledge of automotive sales processes, after‑sales service systems, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and training software tools.
