Senior Staff Accountant (Remote - South Africa)

About the Role

As we enter an exciting growth phase driven by AI integration, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial operations of our global entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple international jurisdictions.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations for multiple legal entities (USA, UK, Germany, and India).
• Execute and oversee monthly and quarterly closing processes.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reporting and cash flow forecasting.
• Drive process improvement by automating workflows within NetSuite.
• Ensure strict compliance with US GAAP and support SOX requirements.
• Facilitate external audits and manage tax filings.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and collections processes.
• Contribute to the continuous optimization of accounting workflows and internal controls.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar high-level financial role.
• Strong expertise in international accounting standards, specifically US GAAP.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-entity financial operations across different time zones.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on automation and process efficiency.
• High level of autonomy and ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
