Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi‑disciplinary initiatives across business and technology domains. The role requires strong leadership, diplomatic communication, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, from team members to executive sponsors.

Key responsibilities

• Define Statements of Work and specifications for project initiatives.
• Own the full project lifecycle, delivering large‑scale projects or multiple smaller initiatives from initiation through deployment.
• Manage scope, changes, risks, and issues, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Prepare detailed estimates, project plans, and status reports for milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with team leads to secure resources and maintain quality control throughout execution.
• Report on success criteria, metrics, testing, and deployment activities to leadership.
• Develop trusted adviser relationships with stakeholders and sponsors, providing consistent executive‑level communication.
• Contribute to the development of practices, templates, tools, and partnerships that mature project management capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex projects or programs across multiple business units.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to present to executive sponsors and influence decision‑making.
• Strong understanding of interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.
• Experience managing a portfolio of initiatives and delivering results on time and within scope.
