You will support the Unit Manager in delivering a safe, high-quality patient experience while ensuring the seamless coordination of nursing care within your department.

Missions principales

• Clinical Leadership: Provide direct patient care while ensuring all clinical standards and safety protocols are strictly met to minimize risks.
• Team Mentorship: Act as a mentor and clinical guide for newly qualified nurses and nursing students to foster professional growth.
• Operational Management: Support the Unit Manager in optimizing staff retention, recruitment, and effective resource allocation.
• Quality & Experience: Manage the patient experience by ensuring high-quality service delivery and proactive problem-solving.
• Resource Optimization: Contribute to efficient budget management by overseeing stock levels, equipment usage, and operational expenditures.
• Staff Development: Conduct continuous skills assessments and organize training sessions to maintain a highly competent nursing team.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a senior or supervisory capacity.
• Strong leadership skills with a natural ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
• Exceptional clinical judgment and a deep commitment to patient safety and quality care.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage resources and operational costs.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
